Licensed Therapy in Montana
Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, anger, or emotional reactivity you can’t seem to control? Do you find yourself responding in ways you don’t fully understand—or that leave you feeling disconnected from yourself and others?
If you're seeking clarity, emotional healing, and a way to break free from painful patterns, you're in the right place.
Life brings inevitable challenges—stress, trauma, and difficult experiences—that can leave deep emotional wounds. These wounds often affect how we feel, how we relate to others, and how much joy we experience in our daily lives. My role as a therapist is to help you begin the process of healing, so you can reconnect with your inner calm, resilience, and sense of purpose.
I specialize in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, a compassionate and evidence-based model that helps you better understand the parts of yourself that carry emotional pain, protect you, or react in ways you may not fully recognize.
IFS views the mind as a system of "parts"—like members of an inner family. One part of you might feel anxious or afraid, while another might be more confident, critical, or even avoidant. These parts are not flaws—they are adaptive responses shaped by your life experiences.
Through IFS, we work together to:
Understand the origins of your emotions and behaviors
Build a trusting relationship with each part of yourself
Heal unresolved wounds that keep you stuck in cycles of reactivity
Create space for more peace, clarity, and self-compassion
You don’t need to have everything figured out to start therapy. Whether you're navigating stress, trauma, anxiety, anger, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, this space is for you. Together, we’ll explore your story, honor your experience, and move toward meaningful change.
Feel free to reach out with any questions—or schedule a consultation to see if we're a good fit.
