Compassionate Virtual Therapy for Women in Montana | IFS for Deep Emotional Healing
Pronouns she/her.
I am a wife, mother, family oriented, creative, life-long student.
I earned my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy through a wonderful small program in Maui, Hawaii that placed emphasis on the importance of honoring cultural differences in therapy. There I completed 300 hours of supervised experience at an Addiction Treatment Center, which focused on comprehensive and holistic treatment for lasting change.
After graduation I worked with adolescents in an alternative education program, a program focused on the success of students who did not fit the public school model. Many of these teens had been subjected to trauma, addiction and abuse and struggled with drug-use, violence, gangs, anxiety, depression, family acceptance, financial hardship and securing housing.
I counseled students through the COVID-19 pandemic, where they had to adapt and graduate High School in a situation that none of their parents, teachers or mentors had ever had to do.
I began working in private practice under supervision in 2020, and opened my own practice after becoming licensed in 2021.
