I specialize in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, a compassionate and evidence-based model that helps you better understand the parts of yourself that carry emotional pain, protect you, or react in ways you may not fully recognize.
IFS views the mind as a system of "parts"—like members of an inner family. One part of you might feel anxious or afraid, while another might be more confident, critical, or even avoidant. These parts are not flaws—they are adaptive responses shaped by your life experiences.
Through IFS, we work together to:
